Three!

Happy 3rd Birthday, Olivia!!

This year, Livy spent most of her birthday traveling. Here are a few pictures from her BIG day and some from our weekend in Michigan.

Driving to the airport with Gramps to catch our plane home

Taking a snooze on the plane. Looks comfy right?!

It was so special to come home to a birthday-decorated door.
Thank you to our sweet friends!

Wow! Auntie Beth & Uncle Scott made our day
with this special package!
THANK YOU!

She LOVES Tag Jr. and her new set
of books that teach her vowel sounds!

Aunt Denise made Livy her own slice of
strawberry cake with a "3" candle on top!

We also celebrated Sydney (10)
and Uncle Chip's birthday as well.

What a day!!!

Gramps making Livy squeal with joy at the pumpkin patch!

Guess Who!

Here we are visiting the zoo again
to see Livy's favorite little friend.

Any guesses as to who it might be?

Here are a few hints:
She talks. She is blue and yellow. She is endangered in Trinidad.

You're getting closer!
(just over Livy's shoulder)

Give up yet?

It's "Ara" - the talking macaw of course!!

The two of them (Livy and Ara) can go back and forth for hours.

Although, I will have to say that Livy can "out-talk" Ara anyday:)

Here is a video of the same macaw:

We have also heard Ara (Ararauna) say:

"Uh-Oh"
"cracker"
"hello"
"help"
"food"
"goodbye"
