Happy Birthday, Mom!

Last week, we had fun celebrating Mom's Birthday. Mom and Dad dropped by one afternoon on their way out of town for just enough time to take a swim, eat cake and celebrate the big day!

Two Two

On Monday, Livy turned 22 months old!

Lately, she has started calling me, "Shell" (trying to say Richelle) in order to get my attention.
Livy is also very interested in the potty. She is sure to shout, "Potty Momma" right AFTER she has gone in her diaper. We are working on staying clean and dry. It's kind of fun - especially when we actually go in the potty and get an M&M or some other sweet treat!

Most days, Livy spends a lot of her time looking through books. This morning she was really into Rick Steves' London 2010. Thanks Gramps!

This week, Livy has started learning to ride her tricycle without being pushed along. She does well but still needs some help getting started. While we were out this morning, Mr. Bernie came over to say hello!

Her latest love (besides Daddy) seems to be gymnastics. She flips over the bar, jumps on the trampoline and looks forward to following the gym schedule (circle time, songs, bubbles, stamps and of course the cookie she receives at the end of class) with her teacher, Miss Dawn. We'll post pictures soon.

Livy has been an incredible blessing over the past 22 months! She has made each day an exciting adventure! We can't wait to see what she does next...

Summer Vacation

In honor of Gramps' Birthday, we all took a family vacation to Maggie Valley, NC. We all had a fun time together and enjoyed the area to the fullest! Happy 50th Gramps!
